In your new role you will:
-Manage the quality related customer complaints with fast response.
-Manage the critical issues that customer focuses
-Manage and coordinate for customer audit / quality visit
-Build and maintain good relationship with customer interfaces in GC
-Support the quality improvement activity with customers
-Manage customer quality satisfaction

Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
-Bachelor degree or above in electronic, microelectronics, or related engineering
– Working experience in semiconductor or related industry, and customer quality role handling big account.
– Professional knowledge of quality systems, methods, procedures and tools (e.g. risk management, FMEA, 8D, 5why, etc.)
-Solid knowledge and rich experiences of semiconductor processes including Front End, Back End and Test)
– It is required to have good problem solving skills and good inter personal skills
– Self-motivated and ability to work independently and under high stress.
– Good spoken / written English is a must.
– Quality audit experience is preferred.
– Know-how on the Si-Mic product is preferred.
